Tasks

-Apply and enforce UAE design standards (DM, RTA, ADNOC) and international best practices -Perform clash detection and coordinate model clashes via BIM 360 or Navisworks -Coordinate with survey, design, and BIM teams to integrate surface data, pipe networks, drainage, and utilities -Build and maintain detailed Civil 3D corridor, surface, alignment, profile, and assembly models for roads and highways designs -Attention to Detail: Rigorous checking of models and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance -Generate plan, profile, and section drawings ready for technical review and client submission -Produce quantity take-offs, earthworks volumes, and cross-section reports directly from Models -Provide ongoing modelling support throughout detailed design, tender documentation, and construction phases -Assist in the development of Civil 3D templates, styles, and automated scripts to streamline modelling tasks

-Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and embracing digital processes -Pan-Middle East Exposure: Work on landmark highways, expressways, and urban road networks -Collaboration: Excellent communication skills for working with multi-discipline design teams -Software: Autodesk Civil 3D (expert); Navisworks, BIM 360, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office -Proven track record of delivering detailed 3D models for large-scale infrastructure projects -Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Geomatics, or related field -Time Management: Ability to multitask and prioritize deliverables under tight deadlines -5 years’ professional experience modeling roads and highways in Autodesk Civil 3D -Experience with Dynamo or Python scripting to automate Civil 3D tasks -Solid understanding of earthworks calculations, drainage design, and utility coordination -Deep familiarity with UAE Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) and Dubai Municipality design guidelines -Strong proficiency in Civil 3D features: corridors, surfaces, grading, pipe networks, and report generation -Knowledge of GIS integration (ArcGIS/QGIS) -Previous exposure to tender documentation and construction support -Professional certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional – Civil 3D) -Problem-Solving: Creative approach to resolving clashes, alignments, and constructability issues
