Tasks

-Handle outbound sales initiatives in a fast-paced environment -Research, profile & map key accounts to support “wider & deeper”, mid funnel sales -Grow, manage and maintain top of the funnel pipeline -Engage decision makers in the ICP prospect accounts via phone calls, emails, and other messaging tools -Orchestrate discussions with senior execs around their business needs -Conduct high-level qualification calls to executives in our target accounts -Identify new contacts that fit into Document Crunch’s ideal customer profile (ICP) persona via ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and SalesLoft.

Document Crunch is searching for a Business Development Representative to join our amazing team! We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to join as a key contributor to our revenue growth and customer acquisition efforts. This role is perfect for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at building meaningful relationships with our internal leaders and external decision makers. The ideal candidate will combine exceptional communication skills with strategic thinking to drive our sales pipeline from initial prospecting through qualified opportunities. You'll be responsible for identifying and engaging high-value prospects and positioning Document Crunch's platform as the solution to our target customers' most pressing challenges. This position offers the opportunity to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment, making a direct impact on company growth through creative problem-solving and persistent relationship-building. -High school diploma required, college degree preferred -Ability to handle objections well, coupled with an unrelenting drive and persistence to work past resistance and barriers -Excellent organizational, time-management and prioritization skills -A team-centric attitude, while also being comfortable managing your independent workload -2+ year outbound sales development experience, preferably in a SaaS based business and ideally in construction technology -Proven track record of achieving results through outbound prospecting -Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with prospects, build relationships, and articulate the value proposition of the company's solutions. -Problem-solving with creativity, and approaching challenges with a positive attitude -Display strong interpersonal skills through active listening and the ability to communicate effectively -Outstanding communication skills include strong phone skills and willingness to spend a majority of their time making sales calls. -Salesforce/Apollo/Orum proficiency a plus -Understand prospect process, challenges, and initiatives to tie back to the Document Crunch platform -Ability to be in-person in our Alpharetta office Monday-Thursday -Ability to work in a high velocity, high growth environment, highly competitive environment
