Part‑time Maintenance Operative maintaining safety and repairs in Nottingham student housing.

Tasks
-Keep service areas tidy, secure, and safe -Complete compliance checks, including water testing and equipment monitoring -Carry out routine checks (plant rooms, fire exits, panels, emergency lighting) -Assist with student move-ins, move-outs, and seasonal changeovers -Supervise contractors and ensure works meet required standards -Support with reactive and planned maintenance across plumbing, electrics, and general repairs
