Overview

Provide on‑site occupational hygiene monitoring, reporting and consultancy to ensure client safety.

Tasks

-Prepare detailed technical occupational hygiene reports to SOCOTEC’s high quality standards -Attend clients' operational sites to safely perform scheduled monitoring to determine occupational exposure to dust, fume, noise, vibration and other workplace health hazards

What You Bring

-An ability to self-manage workload & deadlines -Comply with SOCOTEC’s various management systems (Health & safety, Environmental, Quality) -Excellent interpersonal skills to gain the confidence and cooperation of the client’s workforce -Relevant BOHS / IOA qualifications - (Minimum 1 relevant BOHS module) -Degree in a science-related field (e.g., Chemistry, Environmental Science, Occupational Hygiene) -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal -Be proactive in maintaining your occupational hygiene continuous professional development (CPD) -Full UK driving licence willingness to travel and stay overnight when required
