Tasks

-Collaborate with clients, engineers, and architects to understand facility requirements and translate them into automated control solutions. -Troubleshoot system issues and implement software or hardware updates. -Perform commissioning, calibration, and verification of automation systems. -Integrate machine learning and AI models for predictive maintenance, energy forecasting, and smart control strategies. -Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, BACnet, and relevant building standards. -Design, configure, and program Building Automation Systems (BAS) to optimize facility performance. -Provide client training and documentation on system operation and optimization. -Monitor and analyze energy data to identify savings opportunities and improve system efficiency.

What You Bring

-Strong understanding of HVAC, lighting, and electrical systems. -Programming and scripting (Python, C++, SQL, or similar) -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field (or equivalent experience). -ONLY US Citizens. -Familiarity with energy efficiency programs, rebates, or performance contracting is a plus. -Data analytics or ML frameworks (TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, etc.) -Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. -3+ years’ experience in Building Automation Systems (BAS), HVAC controls, or Energy Management Systems (EMS). -Proficiency with one or more of the following: -Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently or collaboratively. -BAS platforms (e.g., Tridium Niagara, Siemens, Johnson Controls, Honeywell, etc.)
