Tasks

-Takeoff and estimate project sheet metal and roofing scopes. Eberhard scopes include waterproofing, roofing, air barrier, sheet metal flashing, architectural sheet metal, louvers, expansion joints, sunshades, metal panels, and metal roofing. -Develop tools and best practices for estimating projects, project management and execution of contract work -Prepare submittals manage design and construction -Monitor quality assurance and ensure all documents are archived following project completion -Track and report on project milestones and provide status to the contractor -Work with each client to outline the scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget and timing -Lead, coach, and motivate project team members -Clearly communicate to team members and act as a mediator between stakeholders and the team -Negotiate and manage project costs, and project budget schedules -Develop, build, and maintain a strong and professional relationship with contractors, suppliers, subcontractors, and owners. -Manage project development from initiation to closure, including costs, schedules, safety, and closeout -Compile and process monthly progress billings administer change orders

-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills -Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines -Work well under pressure with diplomacy and tact -Ability to learn on the job regarding best practices -Organized, detail-oriented and capable of follow-through -Strong leadership abilities with the ability to coordinate work on multiple facets of a project -Proficient in Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, Outlook), and other project related software such as Procore and Bluebeam -Effective presentation, interpersonal organizational, and communication skills -Thorough knowledge of commercial construction activities and business management, along with working knowledge of state contractor’s license law, legal issues, and safety standards -Experience in dealing with contracts, subcontractors, and supply vendors
