Assist supervisor in leading doors production, supporting staff and ensuring safety/quality.

Tasks

-Communicates and involves appropriate support departments when needed. -Supports daily productivity by balancing labor against goals -Meets and maintains quality measures -Provides employees with tools, information, knowledge and support to meet production goals. -Partners with Supervisor on process changes and continuous improvement projects. -Meets and maintains safety measures(OSHA incident rate) -Assists in training, performance reviews, and disciplines.
