Perform preventive HVAC maintenance and assist journeymen on Marine Base

Tasks

-Inspect motors, pulleys and belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, or perform other maintenance actions, following checklists. -including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). -Clean or lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, or other parts of machinery. -Dismantle devices to access and remove defective parts. -repair or replace parts and reassemble equipment. -Prioritizes tasks to ensure completion in a timely manner. -PRACTICES WORKPLACE SAFETY in the use of tools, equipment, and supplies used in repair of HVAC equipment.
