Maintain grounds, amenities and cleanliness for two apartment communities.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Follow a preventative maintenance schedule -Vacuum, sweep, clean toilets, take out the track, scrub floors, disinfect hallways, remove litter around the property, clean entryways, breezeways, stairwells, community rooms, and leasing office -Represent Investment Property Group in a positive and professional manner at all times -Serve as a resource for management and assistance in the development and communication of more efficient methods of maintaining the apartment community. -Assist with the inspection of the property and all common areas each morning and address areas that require attention -Perform trash-out duties in vacant apartments, including removing abandoned furniture, trash and boxes, and transferring the items to dumpsters or storage areas.

What You Bring

-Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not required -Ability to interact professionally with residents, staff members, and visitors -Must have a valid driver's license -Must possess knowledge and skills in the safe use and maintenance of power tools and mechanical equipment -Ability to identify areas for improvement and offer suggestions to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the property -Ability to perform physical tasks, including walking, standing, lifting, pending, and pulling throughout the workday -Strong time management skills and work well as a team
