Administrator (Hire Controller)

Overview

Coordinate plant and equipment hire, manage bookings, orders and liaise with supply chain.

Tasks

-Liaising with supply chain partners to obtain quotes and confirm bookings. -Managing daily plant and equipment hire requirements for operational teams -Maintaining the Hire Desk diary and ensuring accurate scheduling. -Processing traffic management bookings and requirements. -Proactively managing equipment breakdowns and replacements. -Developing and maintaining knowledge of depot equipment for hire/sale, including safety and test requirements. -Developing strong working relationships with internal customers. -Working closely with the Finance Administrator in Wakefield to ensure invoice accuracy. -Raising and processing orders through to completion.
