Overview

Lead planning, coordination and delivery of RFP/RFQ proposals for a Denver general contractor

Tasks

-Maintain up-to-date marketing collateral and templates -Support pursuit strategy, brand consistency, and continuous process improvement -Develop interview presentations and other client-facing materials -Manage proposal schedules and ensure deadlines are met across multiple pursuits -Partner closely with operations, estimating, and marketing leadership to develop clear, compelling proposals -Write, edit, and polish content — project profiles, resumes, and executive summaries -Be a key contributor to pursuit strategy and firm growth -Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of RFQ/RFP responses from kickoff through submission
