-7 years of applicable experience and 4 years of supervisory experience in field operations or construction activities. OR -8 years of progressively responsive experience operating multiple types of heavy equipment or working in field operations applicable to the hiring facility. This experience must include a lead role in field operations, recycling/solid waste or construction activities. Accredited vocational school with a major in a related field for up to 2 years’ experience or 3 years’ experience with an applicable college degree. -5 years applicable experience and 2 years of supervisory experience in field operations or construction activities.
