Tasks

-Assist with boundary determinations and procedure analysis. -Work closely in an apprenticeship role with Survey Manager, Project Surveyor, and a large network of successful professionals around the Western United States. -Responsible for mapping, drafting, data extraction, and topographic surveys. -Prepare legal descriptions, exhibits and plats. Perform other duties as assigned. -Provide Surveying and Geomatics office support. -Perform research, design and calculations for survey and mapping projects using AutoCAD or MicroStation products.

What You Bring

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary -Proficiency in AutoCAD C3D, MicroStation (ORD), and Point Cloud extraction. -Data processing experience using TBC (Trimble Business Center), Topodot, and Cyclone for feature extraction. -Associate degree in Land Surveying/Civil Engineering or drafting -Minimum 2 years of survey field and/or office experience and general engineering plan reading skills.
