Apartment Maintenance Technician

Overview

Perform maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry) for apartments.

Tasks

-Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority -Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy -Assist in property grounds maintenance -Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC -Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system -Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned

Requirements

What You Bring

-Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation -HVAC experience and EPA Universal certification preferred -High school diploma or equivalent -Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers -Light plumbing and electrical experience -1+ year experience in the maintenance field preferred -CPO Certification preferred -Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience
