Tasks

This engineering position is responsible for assuring and maintaining the integrity & functionality of the Manufacturing Systems and their Technologies on a daily basis. -Coordinate with IT and production teams to ensure infrastructure readiness for system integration. -Support the deployment and training of the XNRGY Management System (XMS) -Promote a strong culture of safety and quality in all manufacturing system activities. -Participate in the implementation, compliance, and training of the Quality Management System (QMS). -Develop and deploy innovative technologies across production lines to drive automation and process optimization. -Champion Lean initiatives to eliminate waste and improve productivity. -Integrate Lean Manufacturing strategies and continuous improvement principles into manufacturing systems. -Lead the implementation and maintenance of XNRGY’s custom Manufacturing Execution System (MES). -Support the introduction of new production software and digital tools to enhance operational efficiency.

What You Bring

-Hands-on development experience with Ignition Software. -3+ years of experience in a manufacturing systems or MES engineering role. -Proven expertise with MES systems and manufacturing process integration. -Familiarity with PLC programming and troubleshooting is an asset. -Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Software Engineering (or related field). -Modern state of the art facility with Industry 4.0 technology in Mesa, Arizona -Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills in a fast-paced production environment. -Experience developing and implementing applications and HMIs (medium to advanced level).
