-Client Interaction: Develop and maintain strong relationships with national clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service. -Market Analysis: Stay current with industry trends, pricing, and advancements in roofing systems to provide competitive and up-to-date estimates. -Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure that all project specifications and requirements are met -Quality Assurance: Ensure all estimates align with industry standards and best practices, maintaining high-quality and accuracy in every proposal. -Estimate Preparation: Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for commercial roofing projects, including labor, materials, equipment.

-Cell Phone, and Computer (for business use only) -Ability to provide clear instructions and effectively explain problems or situations. -Excellent analytical and mathematical skills, with the ability to provide precise and competitive estimates. -Comprehensive understanding of commercial/industrial roofing system design and installation code compliance, manufacturers requirements for warranty and industry standards. -5 years of experience in commercial roofing estimation, with a strong track record of working with clients. Any equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered. -Proficient with data base estimating digitizer computerize estimating software (3 years’ experience Edge Software experience is a Plus) -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Outlook, Power point, Word -System Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all commercial roofing systems (e.g., built-up, modified bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC) and manufacturers to provide well-rounded solutions.
