Tasks

-Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to evaluate solutions and develop system improvements tailored to client needs. -Help shape the culture and capabilities of our Sarasota office, mentoring junior staff and contributing to strategic growth. -Work on cutting-edge water and wastewater projects that make a real difference in communities. -Provide engineering support during construction phases, ensuring successful implementation of facility upgrades and new installations. -Lead and support the planning and design of drinking water, wastewater, and potable reuse projects.

What You Bring

-Strong analytical, conceptual, communication and organizational skills. -Ability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision. -Planning, design, and construction experience in wastewater systems, including pipelines, pump station, and treatment plants and knowledgeable about water systems. -Excellent oral and written communication skills. -Professional Engineer (P.E.) or ability to obtain reciprocity within six months of employment. -Ability to work and thrive in a team environment. -Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, or related engineering discipline. -Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microstation. -Licensed professional engineer (PE). -Strong problem solving skills. -Experience in successfully delivering supporting projects spanning multiple years in collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams. -Ability to effectively interface with all levels of personnel and management. -Experience in drinking water, wastewater, and reuse systems, including project engineering/management (planning, design, and construction). -Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
