Tasks
Troubleshoot and diagnose breakdown faults Implement system extensions and replacements as part of small works projects Service and maintain door entry and access control systems We're looking for a driven engineer to join our team and maintain private block residential Door Entry and Access Control Systems to the highest standards. This role involves attending blocks, diagnosing, repairing & servicing systems, performing small upgrades and installations. Provide on-call emergency support when required Collaborate across the service and installation departments as needed Service and maintain CCTV systems

What You Bring
Hands-on experience with fault finding and diagnostics Ability to complete job reports concisely and clearly Knowledge of door entry hardware and ability to fit and repair locks Clear, professional communication skills Reside within a reasonable commuting distance from our office A logical approach to troubleshooting multi-system issues Strong knowledge of Access Control, Door Entry, and CCTV systems Dependable, flexible, and dedicated with a full, UK driving license Familiarity with systems from multiple traditional door entry manufacturers Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the security industry
