Tasks

-Consult with customers to answer inquiries and resolve any concerns they may have. -Analyze customer needs and provide expert guidance on equipment selection. -Effectively manage the customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and nurture customer interactions. -Deliver industry-leading customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. -Help customers identify specifications regarding equipment to meet their unique requirements. -Strategically manage and maximize sales opportunities through direct customer interaction.

What You Bring

-Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to initiate engaging conversations. -Bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English, enabling you to cater to a wider range of customers. -Hands-on experience in the construction industry, providing you with a deeper understanding of customer needs. -Ability to drive and valid license required. -Ability to quickly establish rapport with customers and build long-term relationships based on trust and mutual benefit. -In-depth knowledge of the construction industry, including equipment and various phases of job sites. -Previous rental sales experience, especially in the construction industry. -Previous experience in outside sales, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. -Strong communication skills, both verbally and in written form, enabling effective interaction with customers. -At this time Foley does not participate in any Visa sponsorship programs. -Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.
