Tasks

We are looking for a motivated and organised Senior Project Executive / Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial office fit-out projects. The role involves coordinating between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. -Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards. -Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards. -Conduct site visits to track construction progress and resolve issues. -Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal design teams. -Prepare project documentation, schedules, and progress reports. -Assist in managing commercial office interior projects from inception to handover. -Support project manager in procurement, vendor management, and reporting.

What You Bring

-Strong organisational, planning, and communication skills. -Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of project management software is a plus. -3–5 years of experience in interior design project coordination or project execution, preferably in commercial office fit-outs. -Able to work independently and as part of a team.
