Tasks

-Provide support during financial audits. -Follow and adhere to month-end and year-end closing process. -Assist as needed on acquisitions and integration of accounting systems and policies with newly acquired businesses. -Offer analysis and detailed reporting of financial information on a timely basis. -Support AP, AR, Treasury with accounting expertise as needed. -Prepare detailed reconciliations around AP, AR, Fixed Asset, Debt and Payroll accounts as needed. -Prepare journal, adjusting, and closing entries as required. -Assist with preparation of budgets and comparative monthly financial reports.

What You Bring

-Strong knowledge of financial systems and technology solutions. Acumatica and/or Aspire experience is a plus. -Experience with core FP&A components (budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis) -Advanced use of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint experience preferred; intermediate skills required. -Minimum of 5 years of experience in a strong accounting or related role preferred. -Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy. -BS/BA degree in accounting or finance expected; advanced education and/or certifications a plus.
