The Role
Overview
Plan, coordinate and support remediation operations, handling admin, commercial, and client liaison.

Tasks
-Liaising with clients and operatives -Assist in ensuring staff are trained, certified, prepared and equipped in advance of attending site to avoid customer turnback's and site access is arranged through the client as required. -Vehicle/fleet maintenance coordination including updating all registers -Invoice and delivery note processing and dealing with invoice queries in a timely manner -Manage and administer Big Change and Focal Point systems -Answering incoming phone calls -Analysis of own performance and takes steps to improve this. -Ordering materials and tools, and on hire and off hire of plant and equipment -Review survey notes and prepare quotations -Keeps people informed of progress on key tasks. -Assist and direct the work force to ensure role fulfilment -Collate commercial information, generating commercial reports and valuations. -Prepare and distribute sales invoices to customers for works completed. -Replenish stock levels -Raising quotations and new jobs on the system
