Tasks

-Conduct risk assessments and functional safety reviews. -Develop and maintain PLC/SCADA control systems and related documentation. -Oversee electrical installation, supplier management, and commissioning activities. -Ensure compliance with machinery safety and regulatory standards (ISO 13849, IEC 60204, BS 7671, etc.). -Support process and equipment development, including instrumentation specification and integration. -Lead the design and delivery of machinery electrical and control systems from concept through to commissioning. -Join a team developing innovative, high-performance manufacturing systems and help shape the future of engineering technology.

What You Bring

An exciting opportunity for a skilled Senior EC&I Engineer to design and deliver electrical and control systems for advanced manufacturing processes in the clean energy space. -Proficient with CAD tools (e.g. SolidWorks Electrical), Excel, and Visio. -TUV certification or equivalent safety qualification. -ISO 13849 -BS 7671 -Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering (or equivalent experience). -ISO 12100 -Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel. -Proven experience in machinery electrical design and safety compliance. -IEC 60364 -A proactive, hands-on engineer with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. -Experience with Siemens PLCs and industrial or chemical process equipment. -IEC 60204 -ISO 13850
