Tasks

-Warmly welcome and seat guests, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued. -Handle payments and manage bookings using our POS systems. -Assist with festive events, ensuring smooth service and a great atmosphere. -Provide attentive table service, taking orders and serving food and beverages efficiently. -Liaise with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. -Maintain a clean and organised front-of-house area. -Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout every interaction.

What You Bring

-Ability to thrive in a busy, high-pressure environment. -Previous experience in a front-of-house or customer service role is a plus but not essential. -A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Friendly, outgoing, and able to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
