The Role

Overview

Test and inspect construction materials, record data, and maintain equipment on site.

Tasks

-Follow safety rules and practices and other safety requirements for all projects. Follow the Smith System’s five keys to driving. Perform pre-task planning prior to executing work. Report any safety issues or concerns to management. -Maintains assigned equipment and vehicle in clean working order. -Under close supervision of higher level technicians or staff professionals, assist on tasks and perform basic testing and observations duties. -Arrive to the project sites in a timely manner. -Communicates with dispatcher, project manager and contractor on a regular basis. -Be responsible for maintaining quality standards on all projects. -Submits clear and accurate documentation of findings and results daily.

Requirements

  • driver license

  • waqtc

What You Bring

-Obtain ACI Field Grade 1 certification within 90 days of hire. -High school diploma or equivalent -Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history. -6 months experience required. -Successful completion of related internal safety certifications. -ACI Field Grade 1 certification. -WAQTC certification.
