Tasks

-Maintain a high degree of safety on our work across the jobsite -Mitigate and manage project risk, and elevate concerns - and solutions - quickly to Project Operations and Field Operations leadership -Oversee all project finance requirements and lead the team through accurate billings, project setup, project buy-out, project cost control, change order management, and cost-to-complete -Work with departments across the organization to ensure that project materials are available and in place as needed -Lead our project team(s) and provide clear communication and guidance to team members, vendors, clients, and executives -Maintain and grow the trust of clients by cultivating relationships, communicating swiftly, collaborating, and solving challenges -Ensure compliance with the full project schedule from project kickoff to project closeout -Own the full scope of the project contract and negotiate changes as needed -Chair project meetings including planning, progress updates, and reviews with customers

-You’re skilled in motivating and mentoring junior colleagues -Bonus Points: You earned your Construction Management degree, Engineering degree, Construction Management Program certificate, or another related degree -Bonus Points: You have extensive knowledge in construction management software -Bonus Points: You’re experienced with design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects around $50M+ -Bonus Points: You hold an active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification -You’re a leader and are effective at interfacing with customers and executives -You’re organized, great at prioritization, and have a strong attention to detail -You’re a great communicator, a team player, and ready to work with colleagues across our jobsites and organization -Required: You have at least 8 years of experience in commercial construction project management
