The Role

Overview

Deliver and coordinate retrofit projects, ensuring PAS2030/2035 compliance and ECO4 eligibility.

Tasks

-Working alongside the Retrofit Designer to be able to RC projects -Supporting the team in identifying property viability and measure mixes -Acting as the first point of contact for retrofit-related queries -Providing technical expertise on PAS2030/2035 and retrofit requirements -Liaising with external stakeholders to ensure compliance and progress

What You Bring

-Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management is essential -Experience working with Retrofit Assessors, Coordinators and Installers -Experience working within PAS2030/2035 and retrofit frameworks -Training and upskilling the internal team to boost technical confidence -Strong understanding of ECO4 eligibility and measure requirements -Excellent communication skills to explain technical detail clearly -Strong organisational skills to support multiple projects
