Tasks

-Showing prospective residents "model" apartment and other "ready" apartments -Completing all related paperwork and activities to ensure a timely move-in -Responsible for building and maintaining strong resident rapport -Completing move-in procedures in accordance with established policies and procedures -Responsible for conveying resident service requests to Maintenance team members -Generating and handling telephone and on-site traffic -Assist Property Manager in gathering current market and economic trends/ information, and preparing competitive and market analysis -Responsible for complying with all state, federal and local laws relating to Fair Housing -Maintain regular and predictable attendance. -Preparing lease documentation and "closing the lease" -Qualifying prospective residents -Responsible for all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals

What You Bring

-Strong Interpersonal Skills - must be naturally Customer Service driven, with the ability to relate to many different types of people -Disciplined Time Manager -Ability to work in various working conditions and environments. -High level of professionalism and enthusiasm -High school diploma or equivalent required -Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently -Organized and structured approach to accomplishing tasks -Intermediate office administration skills -Capable of working long days on a frequent basis. -Team Player - ability to work with Property Manager, Maintenance, Residents, etc. -Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs. -Creative Problem Solver -Eye for Detail -Experience leasing apartments preferred, but not required -Occasionally required to climb, kneel, crouch, bend and crawl.
