Operate drill equipment to install underground telecommunications cables and infrastructure.

Tasks

-Verify existing utilities by potholing to determine bore path -Safely operate and control all necessary equipment to complete assigned tasks -Develop and maintain a missile bore schedule -Responsible for site set-up, clean-up, and equipment maintenance -Perform work in all weather conditions -Utilize “Mud” mixing systems -Determine bore path for missile and locate utilities -Operate pneumatic air tools -Routinely: work with arms above shoulder level, in confined space and remote locations, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs and lift greater than 55 pounds

What You Bring

-Travel required throughout Southwest and Midwestern states -Experience with drilling (missile and bore) equipment, including their capabilities, limitations, and drill setup and design processes -High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience -Valid Class A Commercial driver's license with tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain it -Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse -Valid state driver's license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record -Spanish speaking, is preferred -To be 18 years of age or older -Authorization to work in the United States for this company
