Tasks

-Conduct site visits and bridge inspections during both the design and construction phases to ensure compliance and performance -Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance on design tasks and contributing to their professional development -Collaborate closely with other engineering disciplines and technical staff to develop design calculations, plans, and specifications -Support bridge design efforts on a variety of multi-disciplinary transportation projects -Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, while meeting quality control and quality assurance standards

What You Bring

-Minimum of 5 years of experience in bridge engineering and design -Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Microstation and Revit; Microsoft Word and Excel required -Technical experience with structural analysis and design software such as RAM Structual System, RISA-3D, Visual Analysis and EnerCalc preferred -Familiarity with MassDOT strongly preferred -Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Structural Engineering
