The Role
Overview
Lead daily sand plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and team performance.

Tasks
-Develop competitive project bids and proposals, maintaining positive relationships with customers and stakeholders. -Communicate effectively with teams regarding daily objectives and project updates. -Lift and move objects weighing up to 50–75 lbs as needed. -Assist with general labor tasks as needed to support the team and keep operations running smoothly. -Regularly sit, climb, and use hand signals or equipment; occasionally stand, walk, crawl, kneel, bend, stoop, crouch, or reach above shoulder height. -Oversee project schedules, manage scope changes, and proactively address material or resource variances. -Champion safety by enforcing policies and cultivating a culture of safe work practices across all operations. -Lead, motivate, and support your crew to achieve project goals while exceeding customer expectations. -Evaluate work quality to ensure it meets client and company standards, minimizing rework and maximizing satisfaction.

-Technical proficiency with equipment and a commitment to safe, proper usage of tools. -Demonstrate reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. -Teamwork: Thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment where your ideas are valued and your contributions recognized. -Successful completion of pre-employment physical, drug screening, and background check. -Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience. -Proven knowledge of plant maintenance, materials, and operational tools. -Previous internship or training experience in construction or production preferred. -Natural team player, equally effective working independently or collaboratively. -Flexibility to travel, work extended hours, nights, and weekends as needed. -Must have specific vision abilities, including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, to operate equipment safely. -Strict adherence to company safety protocols, regulatory requirements (OSHA/MSHA), and PPE guidelines (including face shield, safety shoes, and coveralls). -Ability to work in a range of environments—including heights, confined spaces, and varying weather conditions. -Work primarily outdoors, often in extreme weather and environmental conditions. -Comfortable working in all weather conditions; exposed to jobsite hazards such as moving machinery, high places, airborne particles, and loud environments. -Must be 18 years or older. -Strong analytical and communication skills – ability to read, write, and perform basic calculations with accuracy. -Frequently required to climb, balance, and perform tasks involving physical agility. -A minimum of two years’ relevant experience is advantageous. -Demonstrated ability to understand and follow detailed instructions, both written and verbal.
