Overview

Create and manage marketing graphics/materials for sales professionals, coordinating distribution.

Tasks

-Participate in team-oriented approach to internal client service. -Create window signage, client marketing plans, e-blasts, interactive InDesign files, infographics, various results for opportunity pursuits with clients – all with adherence to stated timelines. -Review marketing material and act as a point of contact for various groups to coordinate the completion of property information packages. -Respond to common questions or complaints. -Generate standard and ad hoc reports and assist with website updates. -Coordinate the preparation and production of client specific property packages. -Maintain CBRE brand client messaging inventory by applying templates to produce marketing materials. -Present information to sales professionals. -Coordinate advertising schedules and placement with local centralized marketing group.

What You Bring

-Ability to edit templates in Power Point and/or InDesign. -Strong problem solving, interpersonal and organizational skills. -Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required. -3+ years with providing administrative support to teams of professionals -Ability to calculate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions and basic knowledge of financial terms and concepts with the ability to conduct basic financial analysis. -2+ years in the Real Estate industry preferred. -High school diploma. -Strong marketing knowledge desirable.
