Tasks

-Oversee company’s quality control program on the project -Identify critical issues and milestones -Ensure that safety is properly incorporated into job planning and execution -Manage the development of master project schedule and quality control program -Analyze financial ability of subcontractors to perform -Develop Look-Ahead Schedules -Review and approve budgets and scopes with Preconstruction Department -Review owner contract and ensure compliance -Conduct weekly and monthly review (study) of job cost reports -Identify potential additional cost issues and forecasts accordingly -Manage the development of a GMP or Lump Sum Contract

What You Bring

-7 or more years experience working for an electrical subcontractor in a management position -Excellent communications and interpersonal skills -High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, construction management, or similar is preferred -Proficiency in computer software and keyboarding necessary, MS applications, and Bluebeam -Advanced knowledge of safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, quality control, engineering drawings, and other construction documents
