Site Installation Manager

Tasks

-Resolving problems and implementing improvements -Completing company quality documents so that site reports can be provided to the management team. -Raising safety concerns at the appropriate level. -Organising and supervising engineers, subcontractors and work activities. -Assessing and managing risk assessments and method statements. -Managing skill levels onsite to determine labour requirements -Organising and planning 2 weeks look ahead programs -Assisting Project Managers to update and plan the work programme. -Completion of all documents that are associated with the status of the project such as Quality Plans. -Arranging and co-ordinating deliveries of materials, plant and equipment so that project progression isn’t halted. -Attending site management meetings. -Signing off construction completion and commissioning paperwork -Ensuring appropriate site rules and welfare facilities are in place. -Carrying out regular inspections to ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements, processes and procedures. -Updating the senior management team of progress -Preparing and presenting site inductions, safety briefings and toolbox talks.

-Understands PNID drawings -CSCS Site Manager/Site Supervisor or ECITB - CCNNSG Card -Previous experience in a similar position of Site Supervisor -Time Served Qualified Engineer -Communication and people management on site
