Manage recruitment, mentoring and client relationships for apprenticeship program.

Tasks
-HR management to include carrying out disciplinaries where necessary and ensuring formal process is followed. -Ensuring that each apprentice and partner organisation are fully supported on each step of their apprenticeship journey. -Ongoing client management and relationship building. -The recruitment, vetting and mentoring of a defined cohort of apprentices. -Send Vacancy to a friend -Regular face-to-face engagement around the airport. -Monitoring of all necessary documentation and working protocols.

-Management: 1 year (preferred) -Based at Heathrow Airport 3 days per-week, London Bridge one day per-week and working from home one day per-week. -A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
