What You Bring

-Own electrical hand tools -Strong safety awareness and adherence to site safety procedures -Ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical systems -Ability to work away from home on a rotational basis (14 days on, 7 days off) -Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment -Must be registered with the applicable Apprenticeship Board -Computer skills are necessary, with proficiency in Bluebeam for redlining drawings. While experience with Bluebeam is not a disqualifier, candidates with the ability to use this software will have an advantage in completing project tasks efficiently. -Exposure to a variety of industrial projects across Western Canada -Proven experience in industrial electrical work -Valid certifications: CSTS 2020, WHMIS 2015(No older than 3 years old), ESTS, General Mine Safety Awareness, Fall Protection, and Aerial/Elevated Work Platform (or willingness to obtain prior to start) -Reliable transportation to the job site (where applicable) -Journeyman Electrician Certificate (Blue Book) for apprentices -Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and installation techniques in an industrial setting
