  • Define the process, documentation, training and tools to ensure successful offering execution
  • Implement service design strategies that drive innovation and improve the customer experience

  • Strong knowledge of service design principles and methodologies, including customer journey mapping, service blueprinting, and service prototyping
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • 5+ years of experience as a service designer in a field service and/or professional services environment
  • Understanding of safety documentation (e.g., arc flash labels, lockout/tagout procedures)
  • Familiarity with digital collaboration tools
  • Preferred familiarity with commercial/industrial electrical systems, equipment, and terminology (e.g., switchgear, transformers, MCCs, control panels, power distribution)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (required).
  • Experience with standards such as NEC, UL, IEC, or IEEE
  • Demonstrate systems thinking: understanding how people, processes, and technology interact; capability and gap analysis; service ecosystems
