Provide schedule guidance to schedule software users as needed.
Plan the construction, startup, and commissioning activities at the project site.
Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, or other topographical or geological data.
Develop accurate schedules using industry best practices and insight from project team members.
Identify risks and risk management strategies for projects.
Estimate durations of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.
Review project schedules for compliance with company procedures, contract requirements and industry best practices. Recommend corrective action where necessary.
Update project schedules in accordance with company procedures and industry best practices. Communicate results to project team and suggest action when necessary.
Work in a manner to ensure your personal safety and that of fellow employees by following company health and safety guidelines and policies.

Experience with Lean Construction or Last Planner System
Knowledge of general construction practices and sequences.
Working knowledge of other scheduling software (MS Project, NetPoint, etc.).
Project planning experience
Professional Scheduler Certification from PMI (PMI-SP) or AACE (PSP).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with customer facing experience.
Experience with 4D/BIM software.
0 - 10 years of project scheduling experience covering development of baseline schedules, incorporating subcontractor schedules, schedule updating and analysis of progress, including project compliance processes and audits.
Ability to travel periodically to project sites.
Water/wastewater treatment plant experience
Earned Value Management experience on self-perform projects.
Experience with schedule analytic software (SmartPM, Acumen Fuse, etc.).
Excellent in Primavera scheduling software.
A Bachelor of Science or higher university degree in Engineering, construction management or a related degree. An equivalent combination of experience, skills and training may be substituted.
