The Role

Overview

Manage and grow Fireye's APAC B2B sales, key accounts & channel partners in HVAC, oil&gas.

Tasks

-Develop and execute sales plans to meet regional targets and support corporate growth initiatives. -Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and safety standards in all engagements. -Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and market intelligence to FIreye management. -Serve as the primary contact for partners and customers across the assigned region, particularly in HVAC, oil & gas, utilities, petrochemical, and industrial sectors. -Identify and respond to RFPs/RFQs: lead bid preparation, proposal submissions, and negotiations according to commercial and pricing policies. -Coordinate with internal product, engineering, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction. -Engage with key end users to ensure Fireye is the Approved Vendor List (AVL) and products are specified, approved, and preferred in bids. -Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, OEMs, and engineering consultants. -Proactively pursue opportunities to develop customer base as well as network of partners in line with the Fireye’s growth strategy. -Understand customer business needs and recommend Fireye’s combustion control solutions accordingly. -Represent Fireye at industry events, expos, and trade shows in Saudi Arabia and the GCC region.

What You Bring

-Willingness to travel within the region (~50%). -Proven ability to develop customer accounts and exceed sales targets. -Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in a relevant engineering discipline is preferred. -Minimum 5–7 years of B2B technical sales. -English language proficiency; any additional language is an advantage. -Knowledge of sales strategies and customer and channel relationship management, -Industry knowledge in burner management systems, boiler controls, or industrial automation is highly preferred.
