-Support alignment and knowledge sharing between regional offices and design teams. -Represent the company at client meetings, design workshops, site visits, and surveys. -Manage and coordinate project teams, fostering effective cross-discipline collaboration. -Lead and manage the full mechanical design process across projects of varying scale. -Ensure quality control, technical excellence, and cost management across multiple offices.

What You Bring

We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to lead projects, mentor engineers, and deliver best-in-class building services solutions. This position is based in Cork, and offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects across commercial offices, healthcare, education, and mixed-use developments throughout Ireland and internationally. -Chartered Engineer status (or working toward chartership) preferred. -Strong knowledge of HVAC, heating, water services, fuel, drainage, and BMS systems. -Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects. -Strong commercial awareness with a client-focused, solutions-driven mindset. -6+ years’ experience in a building services consultancy environment. -Collaborative and proactive, with a good understanding of multidisciplinary design. -Degree in Mechanical Engineering. -Sound understanding of Irish Building Regulations (Parts B, F, G, and L). -Excellent project leadership, communication, and team coordination skills. -Experience in thermal modelling, energy assessments, and BIM advantageous. -Proven ability to deliver detailed designs through all project stages.
