Tasks
-Develop and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and workflows following project requirements, industry standards, and best practices. -Implement quality control and quality assurance processes for BIM models and data, ensuring they meet project requirements and standards. -Collaborate with project stakeholders to determine BIM deliverables, goals, and requirements. -Develop and maintain BIM execution plans and model management plans, ensuring they are communicated and followed by all stakeholders. -Stay updated on the latest BIM technology, tools, and trends, and identify opportunities to improve BIM workflows and processes. -Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, specifications, and codes and are accurate, up-to-date, and coordinated with other disciplines. -Manage and coordinate the creation, integration, and maintenance of BIM models and data throughout the project lifecycle. -Lead the BIM team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the effective use of BIM technology throughout the project lifecycle. -Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines related to BIM activities. -Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to the BIM team and other project stakeholders. -Manage the BIM software and hardware resources, including licenses, training, and support.

What You Bring
-Strong leadership and people management skills, including motivating and developing a team. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and owners. -Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. -Familiarity with BIM-related codes and standards, such as ISO 19650, PAS 1192, and COBie. -Experience with 4D and 5D BIM is a plus. -Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve BIM-related issues. -Strong knowledge of BIM technology, software, and standards, including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360. -Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera. -Proven experience in BIM management, with at least 5-7 years of experience in construction projects.
