The Role
Overview
Manage retail centre portfolio, relationships, leasing and operations.
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Monitor and follow up any maintenance related queries and works -Provide support to the client in administering the requirements of leases and licenses -Establish strong relationships with occupiers including managing any complaints -Regular centre inspection to ensure the highest level of presentation -Expense forecasting -Assist in the preparation of annual income and expenditure budgets -Managing and keeping tenancy schedules accurate -Provide CAPEX recommendations to the FM team -Monthly financial reporting -Manage and maintain bank guarantees -Provide marketing and promotional activity support

What You Bring
-Proven time management and organisational skill -Knowledge of Centre operations -Current Driver’s license (essential) -Exceptional written and verbal communication skills -A minimum of 3 years’ previous experience in the Property industry (Retail management essential) -Certificate of Registration / Agent’s Rep (essential) -Strong and demonstrated ability to build relationships
