Tasks
The Senior Electrical Engineer is primarily responsible for design, development, pricing, evaluation, and improvement of products and manufacturing processes within the organization. -Oversee and coordinate prototype builds, testing programs, and the transition of designs into production. -Prepare schedules, costing, and status reports for ongoing projects. -Maintain compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and corporate procedures throughout all engineering activities. -Participate in product R&D, including feasibility analysis and test planning. -Create pricing quotes for customers based on the specifications -Train new engineering personnel on company products, procedures, and standards. -Support purchasing, sales, production, and marketing through technical expertise and documentation. -Maintain accurate engineering files and documentation for product lifecycle management. -Review, approve, and release engineering drawings, production prints, and code related to assigned projects. -Lead troubleshooting initiatives for field failures or manufacturing problems, and develop corrective actions. -Interface with customers to define project specifications, resolve technical issues, and ensure satisfaction. -Design and analyze transformers, reactors, and inductors according to customer requirements and engineering practices. -Supervise and mentor junior engineers and support staff assigned to project teams. -Conduct calculations and simulations for mechanical, electrical, and performance-related attributes to verify product compliance.

What You Bring
-Ability to interpret and apply national and international codes, standards, and customer specifications. -Minimum 5 years’ relevant engineering experience, with progressive responsibility. -Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field. -Proficient in CAD software (Inventor), engineering analysis tools, and standard office applications. -Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. -Professional Engineer license preferred, or eligibility to obtain licensure.
