Tasks
-Prepares scopes, budgets, and schedules for assignments. -Work on energy-related projects with a focus on power generation -Leads project meetings and represents the organization in communications pertaining to broad aspects of engineering assignments. -Considers the needs of diverse project stakeholders. -Keeps informed of updates to standards, regulations, and best practices. -Typically, in responsible charge of projects. -Develops plans, specifications, and other project documents. -Assist with leading and developing assigned project teams -Assigns tasks to and directs other technical and non-technical staff. -Assists with proposals to provide professional services or obtain funding for engineering projects or programs. -Provides mentored experience to direct reports and other engineers. -Assist with task management on assigned projects (schedules, budgets, and quality of work) -Receives supervision and guidance relating to overall objectives, critical issues, new concepts, and policy matters. -Plans and coordinates detailed aspects of the engineering work. -Assist with interfacing with clients on civil site tasks -Assist with development of civil site proposals -Modifies or extends accepted theories and practices of engineering to complete assignments. -Assist with leading civil site engineering tasks and projects -Develops and reviews complete project documents for conformity and quality assurance. -Analyzes and selects principles of formal communication, effective teamwork, and various pathways to developing leadership. -Leads tasks and projects of moderately complex scopes. -Acts in responsible charge of projects. -Maintenance and Protection of Traffic Plans -Receives direction on unusual conditions and developments. -Analyzes complex engineering projects to determine design requirements, uncertainties, and constraints. -Selects appropriate principles of engineering economics, and probability and statistics to analyze risk in a complex engineering problem.

What You Bring
-Possesses advanced oral and written communication skills, including interpretation of complex technical and contractual language. -Acknowledges and applies concepts of sustainability to engineering projects. -Professional Engineer (P.E.) License, reciprocity in multiple states. -B.S. Engineering -The candidate should have the desire and ability to travel to Project sites, as needed, primarily in the mid-west and Mid-Atlantic regions of the United States. -Permit Applications (earth disturbance permits, building permits, land development plans, high occupancy permits, etc.) -Owner's Engineer Support During Construction -Demonstrates professional attitudes relevant to the practice of engineering, including creativity, curiosity, flexibility, and dependability. -Independently applies extensive and diverse knowledge of principles and practices in broad areas of assignments and related fields.
