The Role

Overview

Manage front-of-house operations and guest services for a high‑rise building.

Tasks

-Monitor all areas and ensure that previous issues have been satisfactorily resolved or closed off. -Assist the Supervisor and building management with Front of House operations and associated functions. -Ensure that the reception area is maintained to a high standard. -Provide reception cover, including greeting all guests and VIP visitors. -Answer all calls professionally and promptly, ensuring all inquiries are handled in accordance with service standards and response times. -Handle corporate events by assisting with venue setup and meeting requirements. -Deliver superior customer service and develop key tenant stakeholder engagement through effective and timely communications with tenants, stakeholders and the client. -Perform routine inventory duties, including monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels. -Assist with clients reports as required. -Help manage the shift schedule.

What You Bring

-Native or fluent proficiency in Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin. -Demonstrate attention to detail and ownership of processes related to areas of responsibility. -Front Office experience (reception). -Good people management skills. -Experience working in a five-star hotel in the UAE. -Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. -Capability to establish good relationships with clients, customers, and service providers. -Ability to deliver and manage associates’ satisfaction and engagement.
