Manage stakeholder engagement and interface coordination for warehouse construction projects.

Tasks

-Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a culture of awareness and continuous improvement. -Guide and mentor project team members, promoting professional development and knowledge sharing. -Identifies all project stakeholders and formulates engagement strategies to ensure all parties are kept up to date on project and program status. -Monitors project progress and team performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to address any deviations from the project plans. -Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, supervision consultants, contractors, vendors and regulatory authorities to ensure alignment and compliance with project requirements. -Oversee the development and implementation of project management plans, processes and procedures. -Reviews supervision consultant/contractors scheduled for authority approvals duration correctness -Foster strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders to maintain project support and mitigate any concerns. -Prepare and present regular project stakeholder / interface reports to senior management and the client, detailing progress, challenges and solutions etc.

What You Bring

-10+ years of experience in projects, specifically in large power and water distribution programmes. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. -Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. -Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities under tight deadlines. -Must have in-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi authorities approval requirements and processes. -Bachelor’s degree. -Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. -In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. -Proven experience in a similar role on programmes with a similar scope. -Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. -Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal in English. -Strong organizational and project management abilities. -A proactive approach to risk management and conflict resolution. -Exceptional leadership and team management abilities. -Proficiency in project scheduling and resource management.
