Tasks

This is a key role in shaping how the organisation is structured, how services are delivered and how roles and organisation capabilities are developed to deliver value. You'll support transformation and continuous improvement across the organisation, ensuring that people, processes, and systems are aligned. -Supporting the design and deployment of change management and people engagement activities that ensure people buy in to organisation design changes as a result of transparent and inclusive design processes -Embedding a robust approach to organisation design using best practice principles, frameworks and methodologies, ensuring consistency and integrity of SNG's job architecture framework -Supporting transformation change programmes, including restructures, service redesign, mergers and digital transformation -Working with the Executive Board and Senior Leaders to develop, implement, and refine SNG's target operating model, including assessing existing operating models and designing future state operating models -Leading the development and implementation of a new Workday target operating model that drives digital transformation, simplified ways of working and a customer focused, tiered service delivery model -Ensuring that systematic methods of measuring impact, quality and effectiveness are in place -Creating the ongoing Organisation Design Roadmap, supporting documentation and implementation plans

What You Bring

-Experience of developing, delivering, and embedding Workday target operating models that drive digital transformation, simplified ways of working and high quality ‘self-service' user experiences -Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior leaders, with demonstrable experience of successfully engaging with and influencing at all levels -Strong analytical skills with the ability to make sense of complex and logical problems quickly -Strong organisational skills, effectively managing multiple workstreams in parallel and balancing priorities with a focus on delivery to deadlines and high standards -A good understanding and experience of change management and change management principles -Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in producing written reports, presentations, recommendations and perform necessary research -Demonstrable experience and practical application of organisation design principles, methodologies, and best practice
