Tasks

-Assist with night audit duties as needed -Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions -Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions -Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor -Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately -Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly -Maintain a clean and organized front desk area -Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner
