Production Specialist

Overview

Assemble HVDC valve converters, ensure quality, documentation, and meet production KPIs.

Tasks

-Follow Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and business compliance standards and regulations within the units. -Develop best practices to improve production capacity, Quality and Reliability. Improving manufacturing efficiency by analyzing Workflow, Space requirements and equipment layout. Lean manufacturing and downtime. -Assembly tools, Fixtures and ergonomics study. Maintenance of Shopfloor 5S. -Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. -Responsible for respective Assembly Station and associated Production tools. Assembling of HVDC Valve Converters.

-Production documentation such as assembly / work instructions, Reports. Contribution to meet production KPI targets, FPY, On-time and On-cost delivery. -Candidate should have Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication or Instrumentation Engineering. -Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
