Police Station Cleaner

Overview

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in a police station, ensuring a safe environment.

Key Responsibilities

• restroom cleaning

• kitchen cleaning

Tasks

-Cleaning changing rooms, toilet facilities, and hand basins and replenishing toilet paper, hand soap & towels -Removal of waste from internal litter bins within the offices and meeting rooms -To clean the tea points and the kitchen area -Damp & spot mopping, dusting, polishing of surfaces, fixtures and fittings, sanitising touch points, door handles, push plates, and other surfaces -You will need to evidence your honesty and reliability and always maintain a sense of pride in your professionalism in delivering excellent customer service. -Vacuuming carpeted areas, including barrier matting

What You Bring

-Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of cleaning solutions and their uses -The appointment to this role will be subject to completion of a Non-Police Personnel Vetting (NPPV) Check and must have resided in the UK for the last 3 years. -Obligation to adhere to safe working practices and ensure due consideration is given to the safety of the office staff
